A lighter touch, for those who have been here before. We’ll help you realise your design and coordinate your planning and building regulations submissions – leaving the construction and completion in your capable hands.

Silver

Our most requested package – this will see us join you on your journey from the initial briefing to discuss your ideas, through early design stages; to finding a builder, technical delivery and construction. Along the way we’ll provide thoughts and ideas on interiors and design flourishes to compliment your vision.

Gold

For clients looking for additional support, our Gold package gives you everything offered in Silver with more contact time and additional services, including bespoke kitchen and fitted furniture design – ensuring that our team is overseeing every detail, at every stage.

Briefing

Bronze / Silver / Gold

The briefing process is when you first come to us with your dreams, goals and hopes for your project. To achieve them we need to understand as much about you and your project as possible.

In many ways Stage 1 is the most important part of the project; it’s all about setting off on the right foot. To do this we will assist you in developing your project brief into a properly researched and considered, written document, alongside undertaking an initial site visit. At this stage we will also help you commission a measured survey of your existing property or site.

Concept Design

Bronze / Silver / Gold

Taking the results of the Stage 1 Briefing document and measured survey, we will aim to create a minimum of 3 different plans to fulfil your desires for the project.

Where possible we will aim to provide you with a design to brief, a budget option and a wild card. This will give you different options that reflect your ideas in the space and budget available.

The aim of these first two steps in our process is to give you a roadmap for your project, helping you move forward with confidence.

Spatial Coordination

Bronze / Silver / Gold

With an efficient, effective and elegant concept design agreed we will work up your preferred design in more detail. This is when your dream starts to come to life as we test and refine initial ideas – and even create 3D models (Silver and Gold only) to help you see your project in a new light.

At the end of this stage, if required, we will submit your project for planning approval to your Local Authority. It’s always a nerve-wracking part of the journey, but we know how Local Authorities tick and pride ourselves on taking a pro-active approach with planning officers to ensure the process is quick and smooth – even if that means hand-delivering documents!

Technical Design

Bronze / Silver / Gold

This stage will see further detail added to the drawings, with the degree of technical information varying between packages. If other consultants, such as a Structural Engineer, have not yet been appointed, this is the stage they will need to be incorporated into the collaborative project team.

The aim of this stage is to produce a series of documents that can then be sent to contractors to price the work and make an application for Building Regulations approval.

In our Silver and Gold packages, we can work on your behalf to manage the tender process; using our networks, we’ll look to get the best of price, time and quality.

Construction

Silver / Gold

At this point, if you’ve chosen our Bronze package – we’ll step back and leave the project in your hands. But we do love to see our projects completed, so chances are it won’t be the last you’ll hear from us – and we’re always a call away if the need arises.

For Silver and Gold packages we will continue working closely with you to ensure your dream project becomes a reality; even extending our role to being your contract administrator or employer’s agent – working on your behalf to make sure you’re getting everything you paid for.

After Care

Silver / Gold

This is the final and most fulfilling stage for us. Hopefully your project will be everything you hoped for and more.

We’ll stay in touch for 6-12 months after construction has been completed to check for any snagging issues and ensure you’re happy with everything.
